just updated to new gmail account now can't access my email from the previous account

When I went to login to my gmail account I was forced to update the gmail account and now I can't access my previous account.

Is there a way to go back to my previous account and use my previous email address?

I did try to enter my current email address but the message said that email address was all ready in use.

Need my previous account

sound like you try to sign up a new account with your old email. you just need to login to the old email account
