I don't know what to do, repaste, wait, burn the laptop. I should've researched more but I never knew pump out was a thing. 🥲

Also how do I clean this

This is one of those situations where people warn you about not letting waiting for perfect get in the way of good enough for now.

The "pump out issue" of Kryonaut is simply that over time it's not viscous enough to stay in place so doesn't last very long, meaning you'd likely have to repaste every year or so with it to maintain good performance. This is not unusual for runny pastes used on small bare dies, so super thick stuff like AS5 is preferred for those. But you could use that next time, in a year.

What you are saying is it is unacceptable for paste to not last very long, so you'd rather your laptop not last very long instead. Now does that make any kind of sense? I guess it could if someone will just buy you another laptop after you break this one.

The PC runs fine I was having like a panic attack or something because I was overthinking everything. It runs fine and I think imma go buy those pads so I'll never have this happen to me again.
