and would you say if it's better than :

Ram is 3200mhz
MSI B550 gaming wifi atx board

The ryzen 5800 system is better.
Both from the cpu capability and the gpu capability.
But, Pre built pc's is usually are deficient in psu quality.

And, If your storage needs are 2tb or less, it is much better to not use any HDD at all.
