OK, I've seen a couple of references to this by now, so I've gotta
ask: What's up with Justin Achilli's Changeling proposal? Has he made
any statements or hints as to what it might be about or how close it
may be to Changeling the Dreaming or Dark Ages: Fae? When might we
expect an announcement either way?

No, no further announcements since then. I wouldn't expect to hear
anything until GenCon 2006.
