Nevermind... C-states were the culprit. PC ran fine for 5 days with them disabled. Enabled them again to test something, after 30 minutes the PC hard shutdown, CPU debug light on. That scared me, but luckily turning the PSU off and on again fixed it. Promptly disabled C-states. No more issues.

I have the new CX gray, not the older one. Anyway, 22 hour uptime and no shut down. I think it was just a faulty first release BIOS.
Hi The NerdyGaleon, i'm having this same problem with these specs:

Ryzen 3700x <- Repasted twice and checked for issues like bent pins.
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition <- Repasted twice.
GSkill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600MHz <- https://www.gskill.com/product/165/326/1562840461/F4-3600C18D-16GTZN-Overview
Nvidia Gtx 780 reference <- no gpu stock atm (Replaced thermal paste two days ago)
Samsung 970 evo plus 1tb <- did not have time and forgot to install the NVMe drivers
Seasonic 850w Focus Plus gold PSU <- almost thought this was that issue in 2018 with the amd gpus at high load causing it to reboot randomly but i'm idling and i got a covid19 sticker from march 2020 in the box so obviously this psu is not from 2018.
https://knowledge.seasonic.com/article/20-focus-plus-and-gpu-potential-compatibility-issues
ASUS ROG Strix B550-F gaming Mobo <- updated to latest BIOS
NZXT H510

Drivers: Installed...
Video card drivers
AMD Chipset drivers (All of them) <- went with newest version from AMD rather than the v2.9ish from 11/25/2020 which seems to be newer date but older version. AMD's is v2.10.13.408
LAN drivers
SATA drivers <- no SSDs or HDDs in PC

I installed audio drivers and it still has the issue, on top of that device manager comes up with a audio driver missing with question mark. Not sure whats up with their drivers.

Thinking it might be C States too because i disabled my SMT because i want the lowest latency, i don't want hyper threading or SMT as AMD calls it. I think before i pressed OK it said something about C States were incompatible possibly.

I'm using D.O.C.P with no CPU OC. 3600 Mhz 1800 Mhz Infinity Fabric Clock

Please reply :D

Asus mobo? This happened on my Gigabyte mobo as well. The CPU just doesn't play well with C-states. Turn them off and see if that fixes it. If not, the problem lies somewhere else.

I always keep SMT enabled, but it made no difference with it disabled.

Reporting back at the moment with news. I got to game on the pc for 5-6hrs with no issues. I still disabled smt for lower latency and c states. No kernel 41. I gave the pc to relative as I built it for him and he hasn't had time to play games to verify it for himself whether there are any problems present or just lucky that time no problems lol

Will re-comment again when he's played on it for awhile to make sure no issues. The mobo from reviews ive read apparently has a dreaded problem with lan driver issues and dead lan port and especially audio drivers atm. Lan driver stable at 1.0.1.4 and audio driver installed causes a exclamation mark on device manager so I used ddu to Uninstall audio drivers to remove remnants after using control panel to Uninstaller. I just use out of the box audio instead.

Thank you both of you so far for the help.
