Question Keyboard key not working anywhere but game

So a button 3 is not working, i wrote this one on numpad but the one above letters isnt working on web browser, notepad, calculator... only place it works is on CoD modern warfare i can call killstreaks with it, so the key works but it isnt registered outside the game. When i set the keyboard lighting on reactive the key lights up but i dont get any other response on monitor while typing. Does someone has a solution to this? The keyboard is Razer Ornata Chroma btw.

Huh interesting it work when i call a killstreak in the game but not when im typing into chat
