Hello! I recently built my first pc and I've been dealing with this for a few months. Around 70% of the time whenever I start up my pc, my keyboard lights up and refuses to type anything until I unplug it and replug it in. I've tried disabling fast boot, made sure all the usb ports aren't going into power-saving mode, plugging it into different ports, and keyboard is up to date with drivers. I feel like I'm just running into a wall each time because nothing is working.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

my motherboard is Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX Ice (Don't know any other pc parts that would matter or contribute to this issue so let me know if I need to list anything else!!)
If you look up Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX Ice you'll see that there are a couple of boards under the ICE series, it's best you list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
