Question Keyboard Problem

Well, my problem is:
When i press SPACEBAR + D + I at the same time, the keyboard literally don't recognize the "I" and it will be keep writting D since i stop, same with D+SPACEBAR+I, it will keep making spaces since i stop.

First, i know what the Ghosting thing is, my keyboard is a steelseries apex 150, and it have a Anti-ghosting of 24 keys, i can press 24 keys at the same time, the problem is that combination, SPACEBAR+D+ANYTHING it works, but when i do it with "I/i" i does't work, is not ghosting, is not nothing like that, the only key that doesn't work with those keys together is "i", please help me, this is a new keyboard i just bought with not even a day and it's annoying, thanks.

Not all keys are anti-ghosting with each other. There are some keyboards with key combinations that won't work when tried together. Check with steelseries support about this for your model.
