Question Keys are pressing on their own

Hello, my laptop keys are pressing on their own, different letters like t,y, /. When I place the cursor in a typing box, it presses keys continuously until I press ESC. The on-screen keyboard allows for me to type but not the regular keyboard. The touchpad works but the cursor moves a bit slowly. I used Norton power eraser and it found nothing. I reset the operating system and still have the same issue. Please help if possible.

No spills, it just started out of the blue. It's a Dell Inspiron.
