Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/Z539.html

File information:112819-9578-01.dmp (Nov 28 2019 - 19:47:53)
Bugcheck:KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1E)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: MsMpEng.exe)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 09 Min(s), and 26 Sec(s)

BIOS info was not included in the dump file. This can sometimes mean outdated BIOS is being used.

This information can be used by others to help you. I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

process that crashed was WIndows Defender... (not blaming it, thats just what crashed). I would suggest updating LAN drivers, yours are from June this year so not that old?

What are specs of the PC? Is it an Asus? Obviously has an Nvidia GPU, INtel CPU running at 4ghz... I can tell some things from dumps but only so much.

is this a laptop? touchpad drivers give it away. So an Asus laptop?

not often I see PC where newest drivers are from razer, often i find older versions of their drivers. Can only hope they update the older devices to use the new drivers too.
