Question Kolink Observatory RGB controller doesn't work

All the fan connections are fine, RGB works, but I am unable to change it either with the remote or with the RGB button labeled as second "RESET SW". The first time I powered on my PC, I could change colors normally, but then it just stopped working. I think there is like a few second interval after powering on when the controller actually works.

Any ideas?

SOLUTION:
I had a faulty Molex 4-pin connector and a bent pin on the controller side of the male molex 4pin. I just fixed that, used other 4pin connector and it started working again. The 2-pin connectors' labels should be facing the same direction, fyi.
