Lacie 5big Network 2 NAS Array

I have a LaCie 5BIG NAS Network 2 array. that doesn't transmit to the LAN, no IP, No MAC response, an arp -a in list, no DHCP log entries,no Network assistant wakeup, I believe the problem lies in the Board, there is LAN activity on the RX side, but a soild green light on the TX side without any signs of activity. I am thinking corrupted OS on the board or a component failure. I have worked with LaCie (Seagate) to no avail and they don't offer out of warranty service. Is there any suggestions or a place I can get refurbed exchange boards.
