[SOLVED] Lagging and slow performance on almost new PC

Hi Guys,

I bought a new desktop in December. 2 months ago I noticed it's not performing very well on everyday's tasks (I'm basically using it as a work computer - edge, firefox, office, spotify, sometimes adobe). Everything is kinda slow, even opening start menu often has like a 1-2 second lag. Writing on the keyboard often lags. Basically everything. It's not something that makes the computer unusable, but certainly gets on my nerves.

I've been trying to pinpoint the issue, scanned the computer with Spybot Search and Destroy, but didn't find anything. I closed some of the apps, but there wasn't anything in particular that picked my interest, and it didn't really changed anything. I've tried to update Nvidia drivers - no change. Any ideas?

Specification:
Gigabyte B450 Elite
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz
nVIDIA® GeForce GTX™1660 Super 6 GB

HDD:
Patriot P210 512GB (SSD)
SEAGATE 4TB BC 3,5

I also have two monitors:
Acer 27' Nitro XV272UPBMIIPRZX
Iiyama Prolite b2409hds

Thanks!

If you have it windows 10 will use it and preload things. That won't be the reason your PC is slow cause its under 90% anyway.

Have you updated drivers?
Updated windows?
Did it start after any software changes?

How is the health of your SSD and HDD?
Do any ram testing?
