Hello for the past few months my computer started to disconnect from internet. I used to have no problems up until now. I have a RealTek PCIe GBE family controller network adapter. I have read many online posts about people having similar problems with this adapter. but none of their fixes seems to help me. I have tried updated the drivers, and changing many setting that people have said would "fix" this issue. Im really getting fed up with it and would love some help i anyone knows anything about this

First update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Windows 10? Windows built-in troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Also include network information: modem, router (makes and models).

On your computer, run Reliability History/Manager and Event Viewer to look for any error codes or warnings that correspond with the internet disconnects.

Likewise your network router may have logs (if available and enabled) that may provide some clue about what is happening.

Who has full admin rights to your network router? You will need assistance from that person to view the logs.

Lastly, run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the command prompt. Post the results.
