Question Laptop’s GPU wattage ?

I am trying to find a gaming laptop for about 1000 Euros, with RTX Series GPU. I found a Gigabyte G5 with RTX 4050 6GB (Maximum Graphics Power 75 Watts). I read reviews which they say that laptops with more maximum graphics power will outperform the one that I found. For example, does it means that a 75 Watts RTX 4050, will be outperformed from a RTX 3060 with greater maximum power ? I don’t understand which laptop must I pick cause of that, may you please suggest me some options ?

Also, I saw that Gigabyte’s G5 chassis is made out of plastic. Is this going to overheat more easily? Should I go to aluminum chassis laptops ?
