[SOLVED] Laptop battery saver mode

Solution
There isn't a quantitive number per se, because all laptops are different for battery saving mode. What it does is lower your cpu top end speed and turn down monitor brightness etc. You would have to see where your cpu usually tops out at in normal or balanced mode. Your cpu base speed is 2.20ghz and turbo speed is bumped up to 4.10ghz. Then under battery saver mode you would have to see where it limits the cpu to under full load and then figure out the percentage then.
