Question Laptop BIOS is corrupted ?

Hello,

Laptop model: Asus VivoBook M3500Q

When I turn on the laptop nothing happens and the screen is black. Once I turned it on, the following screen randomly appeared:

No matter how hard I try, I can't see the above page.

How do I repair the BIOS?

That image tells you how to "fix" the BIOS. Did you download the BIOS and put on a USB drive as directed?

Use the BIOS version listed as "BIOS for ASUS EZ Flash Utility".

Did you unzip the download file and store those files on the USB drive? Not in a folder, just files at the top (root) level of the drive?

I did and the update process was completed and the system booted, but after a few days the same thing happened again. I think it's a hardware problem. Right?

Yes, I tend to agree.

Will the system start at all? Can you access the BIOS?

If so, try booting the system from a Live Linux distro (on a USB drive). If Linux fails, it is hardware. If it runs normally, we are chasing a software issue.
