Question laptop charger is on/off

Hello Guys,So I have a problem with my laptop Asus gl704gm and I hope I got solution
When i plug in charger, it keeps being connected / disconnected. In windows i can see that icon for battery changes every few seconds from "on battery" to "charging". Since there is power plan chosen, led charger in the laptop is being turned down and up...Turning off laptop and leaving it charge like that works without problems.I Tried to change wall port but still presist,
note:I m using another charger original, cause mine was broken but it's like 5 month ago
note2:I don't know if I should say it but this problem happen to me only in the morning and the evening, at night it doesn't

Does this "another charger" match the OEM charger in ALL respects? Sounds like you're using an adapter that doesn't supply enough current to both power the laptop and charge the battery simultaneously. This is why you only use the OEM equipment and not some random thing you found on the internet.

hello @ex_bubblehead well this charger as I can say is high copy,it's worked for me for about 7 month ago,So I took my laptop yesterday to a specialist,he checked the motherboard nothing on it,he tried another charger it worked so he said that the problem my charger is giving faulty amperage,cause he already check the voltage which was the same 19.5,So is there anything I can do to fix the charger instead of buying new one, cause they are very expensive, arround 140$ in my country and well I'm thinking to fix it,just to make laptop work again and trying to buy real pc for gaming

You don't "fix it", you replace it with a proper adapter.
