Hi all,
Having trouble with audio on my Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 ProX and haven't been able to figure out a solution so far.
My laptop has recently returned from a repair by Lenovo due to a faulty power button however, since it has been returned I have been experencing strage issues with the audio.
One of these problems is that sometimes the laptop will not recognise its own speakers and will say that there are no output devices which is incorrect, if I were to plug in my headphones when this is happening they too will not be recognised by the laptop. Furthermore, if I boot the laptop with my headphones plugged in, after about 5 minutes of listening to audio it will become incredibly distorted and loud and after about 20 sceonds will fully cut out and the laptop will no longer recognise the headphoens or its speakers. When this distortion is occuring if I use the multimedia keys on the laptop to change the Windows volume Windows Explorer will become incredibly slow and sometimes crash. When using bluetooth earbuds, none of these problems occur either.
I have tried to uninstall the audio drivers and restart the laptop but this has not solved the issue.
Any advice?
Thanks!
