laptop external battery connector needed

i have two external batteries that i have
been using with my laptops for years.
i now have an hp stream 11 that has a
small blue tip. the batteries do not supply this tip.

if i could make (i do solder) a cord with
a socket for the dell cord above and a
blue small tip on the end, that would be
perfect. i need two of these cords (or
some other economic way to use the batteries with the hp stream 11). please include specific ways to acquire the needed parts and the specific ways to connect them.

below are the specific sizes i need:

inner 3 mm
outer 4.5 mm

I'm pretty sure it is hard to find the battery connector itself... 😵

You should be able to solder a cord with a socket but I'm pretty sure it would be pretty hard.
