Question Laptop gets System_Service_Exception BSOD every time the Windows desktop loads ?

As stated in the title, I get the "System_Service_Exception" BSOD every time the Windows desktop loads. WinRE didnt help. nothing in bios.
Laptop is an Asus Rog Flow x16 GV601RW. any solutions? its very urgent.
