Question Laptop integrated and external GPUs stop working often

I have an ASUS Zephyrus G15 with an RTX 3070 and Ryzen 9 5900HS
Approximately every week or so both my GPUs stop working and the screen goes black, I can hear a video that's been playing for a couple seconds then the entire laptop freezes, no input works, then if I leave it it'll restart on it's own
When it starts and I open the device manager my external GPU will be disabled and the internal will be not working properly and I'll have to disable and reenable it
Nothing seems to cause the problem and especially not heavy loads (I could play at max for hours but get the crash while watching youtube, in fact I never got the issue while gaming)
I don't know if it's related but I got the black screen once but still could use the laptop, hibernating and starting seemed to solve the issue
These warning seem to have happened at the time of the freeze or restart, couldn't insert the image somewhy

try updating the BIOS of the laptop and the drivers from the chipset/motherboard and GPUs

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730
run a temperature tool like hwinfo parallel to have a look how hot your laptop gets

Everything is up to date already

If you still have warranty, I would suggest RMA it. Cannot see a user fault
