[SOLVED] Laptop mains adapter compatibility (amps & volts) ?

Hello Guys,

I have a stupid question, on my MSI GF63 Thin Notebook (10SC-210NEU) the DC rating is 20v 6A = 120W. As I don’t have the original Adapter (and can’t find any, because my notebook has 4.5mm3mm instead of default MSI 5.5mm2.5mm?) I’ve found and bought one which has 19v and 6.32A 120W output, the question is would it be bad for the notebook if I use this adapter 1-2 weeks for gaming and then buy the right one with 20v 6A output?

No problem!
Actually if you measure the 19V charger, you will discover that output is about 19.6V.
