Hi, my laptop has randomly shutdown this few months back and I don't remember when exactly its started
sometimes it freezes then shut down, or turns blank screen for a while then shut down or sometimes has loud beeping sound before shutting down

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Here is what I tried so far
- Open the laptop and cleaned the fan and other parts from dust
- Taking off all the USB, but it still shutting down randomly
- The laptop's battery has been broken and its not possible to buy the new one as I can't find any store which selling the battery.
- Been trying to update BIOS driver, but its not possible since the laptop doesn't have battery attached
- Running Memory Check and its shows no problem detected
- Been running the sfc command and it didn't find any integrity violations
- Performed the clean boot
- Performed Microsoft Safety Scanner and no viruses, spyware, etc detected
- Disabled Sleep Mode
- Seems that it doesn't happen when in Safe Mode
Tried to run it in Safe Mode with Networking and use it for a day and it works okay

The computer running on Windows 7 Service Pack 1

And the event viewer logged as following:

Hi, thank you for your reply
I'm afraid I couldn't do that as I don't have Win 7 Installation Media with me
Is there any other things that I can check before reinstalling the Windows?

It works in Safe Mode, so it's either a software you loaded or a driver that's causing the issue. Try removing whatever software you installed recently.

Ultimately you should get a new computer that can run Windows 10 at least.
