Hi,
I have an Asus N550JK with one 8GB DDR3 RAM. I wanted to upgrade it to 16GB so I bought another 8GB stick.
When putting both of the sticks together, the laptop runs very slow (much slower than before). I tried only the new 8GB stick, and it's still running slow.
When trying only the old (original) 8GB stick, it's running fast (or as usual).
Is the new stick I bought defective? maybe it's not compatible with my laptop?
I upgraded my BIOS to the latest version and it didn't help.

Would love to hear your insights about this.
