Question Laptop wont boot up

Hello, my laptop won't boot up no matter what I try, after I press the power button nothing happens except dvd drive spinning up, even the fan doesn't turn on. Also after I press the power button and plug in the charger there is a short beep, the same when I unplug it. I already tried Taking out the battery, flashing on the screen with a flashlight to see if there are any icons etc. My laptop is a Lenovo z50-70

Did you try removing the stick(s) of ram and with the laptop disconnected from the wall connector(and battery removed) pressed down on the power button for 30 seconds?

I'm sorry for the late answer i tried it and It didn't help, still nothing except the led's and dvd drive
