Question Latency problem with the wdf01000.sys and ndis.sys ?

Hello.

When I tried to run the game eFootball on my new PC with all new parts, I immediately got these huge latency values.

Also, in-game I get micro stutter when scoring a goal (I mean at that specific moment).

PC Specs:
MB: ASRock B760 Pro RS (with the latest BIOS v.11.01)
CPU: i5-14500
GPU: RTX 4060
RAM: 32GB Kingston Fury DDR5-5600 (4800)
SSD: Samsung 990 Evo 1TB M.2 NVMe 4.0 x4/5.0 x2 (latest firmware)
PSU: Seasonic B12-BC-650 650w

Please, help me to solve it, I'm really disappointed at the moment.

What I've tried
  • changed the XMP profiles in the BIOS
  • turned off the E-cores on my CPU
  • disabled iGPU
  • disabled Rebar in BIOS
  • re-installed Windows 11/10 (currently have 10 because it's better for gaming in my case)
  • disabled hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in Windows
  • changed the MSI mode for GPU and Audio driver
  • disabled/enabled hyperthreading
  • updated the Network drivers

But none of that helped.

Just to compare: when I played "The Finals" I got 0 latency issues and 0 stutters, yet this game is much more demanding than "eFootball" ?

Hello!

It sounds like you’ve already tried a lot. Here are a few more things that might help fix the stuttering in eFootball:

  1. Lower the Game Settings: Reduce graphics options like V-Sync and effects.
  2. Limit FPS: Use tools to set your FPS lower than your monitor's refresh rate (e.g., 140 FPS for a 144Hz screen).
  3. Turn on Performance Mode: Change Windows and NVIDIA settings to “High Performance.”
  4. Close Other Apps: Turn off extra programs like Discord or Steam overlays.
  5. Check Game Files: Make sure no files are broken if you're using Steam.
  6. Audio Issue: Try using headphones or a different audio output.
For a helpful online calculator, check out https://thedentaku.com/ I hope this helps!

reset bios by jumper
reinstall nvidia and Intel drivers

reinstall lan drivers
which drivers are installed?
is Your internet connection stable
These steps did not help me.
I have stable connection (that's cannot be the reason as i clarified that i have the stutter at the specific moment)
I have 0 audio issues.
I have these network drivers (latest): https://www.realtek.com/Download/List?cate_id=584
I have latest Nvidia Drivers and same for Intel.

For moderators: thanks for editing my post without asking.....

intel rapid storage and management installed as well?

might be a game related bug

check game files
From what I've checked, I see that this driver is for 9,10,11th gen of Intel CPUs, I have 14th.
It says that my system is not supported.

I can confirm that bug is not game related (however the game optimization is very bad). I've asked on the game forum and no one had this issue. The issue described in the Reddit thread you sent is not actually what I have. After the goal I see the stutter but don't have any problem with the players.

The game files is actually fine, double checked them via Steam.

So, as a result, I don't have any idea what else I can do.
It's something with the network driver (from what I've seen in the latencymon) but I can't find out what exactly.
