ya I updated to 2004Meaning update 2004?
Do not know either way (full disclosure) but need to ask if the problem is now that you cannot get Task Manager to launch at startup.
I.e., the launch is being stopped or blocked?
It would launch at startup due to me not closing during previous shutdown. How did you cause it to open before?
The update may have just turned that off.
So you made no special arrangements to invoke it on startup. It would launch at startup due to me not closing during previous shutdown.

Correct. So you made no special arrangements to invoke it on startup.
And, like many other applications, somethings things will restart automagically after some variety of shutdown. Correct?
