LCD MONITOR doesnt seem to be getting signal

hey guys ive got a lcd monitor its a princeton 19 inch and it doesnt seem to be getting signal it turns on and everyting but then is says its not getting signal

k i got it to falsh me witht the screen and then it said user controll and stopeed working again
