When I tried playing FIFA 19, initially the fps was stable, but after 6 minutes, the fps dropped to 5–10 fps, and the fps did not return to the initial level again. The way to get normal fps is to press the "fn+q" keys, but after 6 minutes, the fps drops again. how to fix it.

I think this is due to Lenovo's smart thermal solution or thermal throttling. you can see in the video I sent that initially the fps were stable, but the fps immediately dropped after 6 minutes; the fps were stuck, and the fps didn't return to normal.

Is there any solution?

Without other information, like temperatures, clock speed, etc. over time, it's hard to tell exactly what's going on. You can use a tool like CapFrameX with some configuration of the overly to show this. Or you can use HWiNFO, but you have to switch to it every so often to see what's going on.

In the meant time, there may be a way through Lenovo's software to change how the cooling system behaves.

This is my HWINFO information. Sorry, I forgot to tell you the specifications of my laptop.

That's not HWiNFO, that looks like HWMonitor (or something else). You can get HWiNFO at https://www.hwinfo.com/

But based on this, at first glance it looks like its hitting the thermal limit and probably throttling. But without information over time, it's hard to tell. For all I know this could be normal behavior as it goes into a high power mode and 6 minutes just happens to be the magic point where it wants to dial things back.
