Question Lenovo Thinkpad X12 Detachable locked with supervisor password

I have this Lenovo Thinkpad X12, my boss bought it after I told them that I can erase supervisor password, thinking I can solve it easily. I don t find any information on the internet, I found a few posts with old models of Thinkpad, where you need to do something on the motherboard. Someone knows how can I erase supervisor password, without needing to change the motherboard? Thanks
