i recently bought a LianLi lancool 2 Mesh rgb and the 3 included fans each require a 5 volt addressable rgb header but my motherboard (ROG strix b450f gaming) only has 12 volt headers. Some people told me to get a controller and fan splitters but I don’t know how any of that works because I’m fairly new to pc building. If someone could help me with what solution is best I’ll really appreciate it.

Solution
The manual to the case, tells me that the case comes with everything you need to connect to the front panel module and get up and running.

If not, then get this
https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/rgb-accessories/argb-1-to-5-splitter-cable/
or this
https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/rgb-accessories/argb-1-to-3-splitter-cable
and you should be good to go!
I messaged Lian li support and they said
“If your motherboard doesn't support ARGB , you don' t need to connect the 3pins 5v cable .

Just connect the sata cable , you can use our controller to control the fans”
I see a SATA cable coming from the front IO but I don’t know what to connect it to since the case doesn’t come with a controller. Also all the controllers that I’ve found require at least one 5volt header to work but my motherboard doesn’t have any it just has the 12volt 4pin ARGB headers. Sorry if I make any mistakes when replying by the way I’m still new at everything related to rgb since my old case didn’t have any.

Actually I just realized something that might work. If I get this
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QPYSC82/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_xPhgFb4PQCD3R
Then I could use the splitter to connect all the fans to the 5volt header on the controller because the controller needs a 12 volt connection and a sata connection. I’ve seen some reviews with the same issue saying it fixed it but can you verify that it’ll work with my case because there are color and mode buttons on the IO rather than having to rely on software. Thanks for the reply btw I was honestly expecting a reply in a month
