Intro Im Looking for a Lightweight Laptop for a Person suffering from Polio.
Thus, there are two primary objectives:
1. The Laptop must be as lightweight as possible
2. The Laptop must be easy to handle. Tablets with flimsy finnicky stand (surface) or detachable keyboards which may be an issue to grab on to or reattach (surface) are not an option.

enough. Not a priority. Lets keep it <1500

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
Due to the weight limit small, probably 13''?

3. What screen resolution do you want?
1920x1080

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
portable, for office purposes

5. How much battery life do you need?
unknown, the more the better, but not determined

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
No, if even, low.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
- Office work, perhaps some photo/ light cad

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
- NVME harddisk.
- Can be barebones as long as replacable, otherwise at least 512 gb

ram should be >= 16 gb if soldered. If replacable can be lower and I will upgrade it

I have looked at the HP pavillion aero 13'' which comes in around 1KG

any lighter options are being seeked for. As said, tablets are not an option, and usually weigh just the same, if not more when keyboard covers are added.

Lenovo X1 series is a pretty safe option, within your criteria. Same for MacBook Air. >16GB RAM might blow your budget though. And NVMe not swappable.
