Lingo Voicemail?

Anyone have a detailed description of how the voicemail works on this
new service? Will it automatically send you an email w/ the voicemail
attached if you want? Also, can you set it so it will just send an
email w/out the attachment (so you can forward it to a pager/cell)?
How are the voiemails retrieved? Off a server (streaming) or as
archivable wav/mp3 files?
