Question "LiveKernelEvent 144" error causing bluetooth to be shown as unavailable ?

Hello everyone!

In the middle of me playing a game, I noticed that my bluetooth mouse immediately stopped working. I checked device manager to find that there was a device called:

"Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I then checked reliability monitor and this was what I found.

I have a Dell Vostro 3590 and my network adapter is combined with the Bluetooth adapter as it is the Qualcomm QCA9377.
