LLF Western Digital

I have Western Digital HD, i searched in www.wdc.com for thier tools to make Low Level Format, but i couldn't find their tools. Can someone guide me to which software they put in thier www that I can Download and use to LLF

As far as I know the Western Digital LLF is included in the Diagnostics.
