I've done enough troubleshooting to know it's not my router, it's not my adapter, and it's not the range.

In a nutshell, it's like I'm unplugging and then replugging the wifi adapter in over and over again but I'm not...

Here's a video of what's going on:
View: https://youtu.be/EwjPqeT-gTg

Things I've Already Done:
  • netsh int ip reset.
  • ipconfig clear, flushdns, registerdns cmds.
  • Power Management on Adapter set to off.
  • Paid Cable Company for more Mbps.
  • Uninstalled all drivers pertaining to networking.
  • Changed network privacy back and forth from public to private.
  • Tested Adapter on other computers on the same network, concluded it was not the adapter's fault.
  • Rebooted computer into safe mode and reinstalled network drivers.
  • Plugged the adapter into every other USB 3.0 and 2.0 plug, it's currently on a 3.0 USB extension because it's been more stable there.

Things I haven't tried:
- Complete re-installation of Windows 10.

I have a pretty big list of all the symptoms and how frequently this happens if anyone is willing to look into it. My personal guess is that the motherboard is starting to die as it could be a USB problem. But everything else that is hooked up to my computer via USB work perfectly fine... At the moment this issue is unbarable, unable to play games that require wifi, unable to browse the web, I even tried using my phone as a hotspot but the same issue persists. I'm running out of options and I'm desperate, I don't have the money to get a professional to look at this. Worse comes to worse I'll re-install Windows 10, if it still persists after that I guess I'll have to buy another computer or motherboard...

Here's my System Specs:
MOBO: ASROCK Z77 (5 years old)
CPU: i7-3770k (New)
GPU: GTX 1070 (New)
RAM: 16GB DDR3 (New)
HDD: Adata SSD Windows 10 Pro

It does sound like a USB controller issue more than anything at this point. Though it is odd that no other USB devices are having issues. Do you have anything else that would use a lot of power through USB? Have you tried charging your phone from it and seeing if that stays connected? That would be a quick way to narrow down whether it might be a USB power delivery or data issue.

The adapter is on a Insignia USB 3.0 box that is separately powered, but the cable going to the computer is quite loose and can easily fall out. However plugging the adapter into the back of the computer (the USB3.0 ports of the motherboard) still yields the same result as before... I still get a charge on my phone, however if I plug anything next to that USB3.0 Port where the adapter is, it actually cuts power to that specific USB port in favor of the other one. But none of the other USB ports further down the I/O have this problem. And although I've tried them I still get the same disconnect problem. As much as it seems like a adapter problem everything points to the computer itself, maybe a corrupted windows or something? Not sure.

Yeah, this one is a head scratcher. Corrupted drivers and Windows refusing to let go of them could be the problem. Have you gone to the manufacturer's website and downloaded their drivers and attempted to force those on Windows? A driver issue shouldn't necessitate a Windows reinstall. You should just be able to install a better driver.

Yeah I'm currently using a Techkey 1200Mbps Wifi Antenna I bought from amazon, came with a disc but I downloaded the drivers from their website along with the application. That actually fixes the problem for about a couple days until it starts doing it again. Forgot to mention that I've done multiple virus scans with multiple applications, at one point I thought someone was remote controlling my computer with a trojan but my computer's clean...

That sounds remarkably like Windows Update is loading a bad driver as an "update" when it runs. So, maybe do that as a test. Load the manufacturer's drivers, run them for a time to make sure that it isn't a problem, then run Windows update manually and see if that breaks it. That might at least narrow down your problem.

All right will do, will reply to this thread when the next update comes.

Alright update, I gave my PC a nice dust cleaning, took some pictures of the USB 3.0/2.0 area of the motherboard for any damage I can't see, and put the Adapter back on the USB extension box, surprisingly didn't have any problems for about a day, I jinxed myself the second say saying to myself wow I must've fixed something as it suddenly disconnected again, but it didn't throw that fit where it disconnects and reconnects repeatedly. This time it says "No internet, secured" and I've found that it happens whenever I'm connected to an online service, like Discord or a online video game like Overwatch. It does it after about 5-10 minutes of using said online services. Any amount of web browsing and etc doesn't cause this. Other than that maybe I fixed a USB Controller problem because there was dust stuck in something? I don't know, but now there's more hope that it's not a hardware problem and something screwed up with the machine's networking settings. The reset.log commands seemed to fix it for about 5 hours but that's about it.
