Long amount of beeps

I have a new SK8Nwith an Athlon FX-56 and 1 GIG of Corsair TWINX
MEMory - (1024RE-3200LL) and when i boot i get -
2 long beeps, then 2 short beeps then 1 long beep, then 2 short beeps
again, but the second short beeps are higher pitched. The the system
boots up normally without any problems....any ideas???

I think you have a AMI BIOS
