Look for the best graphics card

So i can't find the best gpu card to buy for my system, Here is my system

ASUS H81M-C Intel H81 Soket 1150 DDR3 1600MHz SATA 3.0 USB 3.0 DVI Motherboard
Seagate 3.5" 1TB Barracuda Sata 3.0 64MB Cache 7200Rpm Harddisk
Intel Core i3 4160 Socket 1150 3.6GHz 3MB Önbellek 22nm Cpu
XIGMATEK ASGARD 382 PURE BLACK EDITION 500W MidT ATX Case
CORSAIR 4GB Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Ram

And the which gpu card is good i can't choise
Asus R9 270 DirectCU II 2GB GDDR5 256Bit AMD Radeon DX11.2
Asus R7 265 DirectCU II GDDR5 2GB 256Bit AMD Radeon DX11.2
Asus GTX750 Ti OC GDDR5 2GB 128Bit Nvidia GeForce DX11

So Asus r9 270 , asus amd gpu's had some vrm overheating problem or smt. shit , is it true for all ?
i don't know which is better ?, Maybe go with Msi ?
Change Gpu card to Sapphire , powercolor for the amd ?(r9 270)

Then hands down get an r9 270 and about the vram issue I'm sure it's not a big problem
