Heeeeeeee's Baaaaaack!!!

Where did the other $200 go?

So here is a new build again with some case bling, but you have to make sure that the ASrock comes with updated BIOS for Ryzen already installed, or the store will do it for you, or you have a friend with a Ryzen 2000 chip that you can borrow to install the new BIOS.

You don't live near a Micro Center, do you? What video editing program do you use?

The GPU is a blower card, but it gets nice reviews. You'll need to add a second storage drive later.

Here is an alternate, slightly over budget. Not as good for video editing, but you don't have to worry about the BIOS.

Here is an estimated comparison of the two builds. I used the R5 2600X because the 2600 can be overclocked to nearly equal it.

had to use the other $200 on a different things T_T haha.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro at times adobe photoshop cc together with around 5-10 Google browsers open and I'm planning if this system can handle having 2 emulators open if possible or at least one while I'm doing what i have to do . It would also be nice if this can handle streaming.,

i don't have a friend that can help me with the BIOS issue. and i don't live near a micro center.

Is the AMD - Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor better for the second list

The Ryzen 3600 would be ideal with the RX 5700, but again you will need to make sure that the MB you purchase has the updated BIOS for Ryzen 3000 already installed. Of course, you won't be able to take advantage of Intel Quick Sync with a Ryzen chip, but you won't need that for 1080p editing. The best Intel chip would probably be the i7-9700 (or i7-8600) and that would knock you out of budget (unless we significantly downgrade the GPU) I don't know anything about emulators, but you'll have 12 threads with either Ryzen chip so I think you will be good to go. Same for streaming and multitasking-plenty of threads.

Here is an estimate at high settings:

What would be the updated Components and Price range? I was checking at pc parts picker and it always shows up as Incompatible.

The potential issue or incompatibility is what I mentioned with the BIOS. First you need a MB that has a new BIOS update for the Ryzen 3000 chips available. If the BIOS update is not already installed on the MB, then many MB's require you to have an older chip (Ryzen 2000) in the socket so that the MB can be loaded with the new BIOS update. New stock MB's will probably come with the update already installed so you won't have to do anything, but you would need to call the store to see if they are selling old stock without the BIOS update or new stock with the BIOS update for Ryzen 3000 chips. For example, on the MB information page at Newegg, those with the update pre-installed will say "Supports AMD AM4 socket Ryzen 2000 and 3000 series processors"

So a friend of mine went to our Local Computer Parts store and checked the prices out. I asked a favor and had them check if they have the parts listed here available and found out that not all parts were in stock. They gave out a new lsit though.

CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 3600 6Cores 12Threads
Motherboard: MSI B450M Bazooka Plus 4slots
Memory: Team 16GB 2666Mhz (2x8)
Storage: Lexar NS100 240GB SSD
Storage: Seagate 1TB HDD
Video Card: MSI GTX 1660 Gaming x
Case: Tecware Nexus C (Black)
Power Supply: Cooler master MWE 550W 80+ Bronze PSU

the total amount given was around $ 877-900 | They did not provide the individual prices.

This other list below was also given based on the recommendation but would need to be ordered.

they said the mobo and card can be upgrade ready if needed.

Total:$840.80

The 1660 is a much lower card than the 2060 or the 5700. Here is a hierarchy chart, though some would rate the 2060 Super over the 5700:

https://www.gpucheck.com/gpu-benchmark-graphics-card-comparison-chart

The Ryzen 5 3600 is a nice upgrade over the Ryzen 2600X.

I would have to see some reviews of that Lexar SSD- I have my doubts.

Do you like the Tecware case?

Do you like the Thermaltake case? It's about $80 off and comes with plenty of fans.
