I am looking for a good gaming graphics card. Which will handle the following games: Space Engineers (This includes planets) and Cities Skylines.

Requirements:
- Below 250 Pounds (Unless proof of good graphics card that is being used to play Space Engineers and around that price will also be accepted)
- Can Handle the games without any lag. This means no lag and smooth gameplay like the daily life that you view in your eyes.

This isnt only used for personal use but also for Youtube videos.

It depends on what PSU you have. If it's suitable I would suggest either of the two.
ASUS GeForce GTX 970 STRIX: https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5-NVIDIA-GeForce-Graphics/dp/B00NFFAW50/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1465560975&sr=8-4&keywords=GeForce+GTX+970
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 WindForce: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GTX-970-Graphics-Card/dp/B00NZT6D68/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1465560975&sr=8-5&keywords=GeForce+GTX+970

If your PSU is really good, I would suggest you get this:
MSI Radeon R9 390: https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-R9-390-GAMING-8G/dp/B00ZPOAYG6/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1465561074&sr=1-1&keywords=R9+390
The MSI Radeon R9 390 is actually a little cheaper than both of the GTX 970s I put up but it needs a better PSU. It has a little better performance and more VRAM so I would go with this one if you can.

I'm not an expert on the quality of Power Supplies, I only knew enough for building my own PC. There are plenty of forums here that you can look at to see the quality of your PSU and what graphics cards it can run etc.
