I want to get a new monitor, I want it to be 2k 144hz IPS panel, GSYNC and preferrably 24"-27". I also don't want a curved display or ultrawide.

With these requirements, you got 4x choices where all are 27":

yeah, I was in the same spot as you were 2 monhts ago...
the problem is that G-sync™ raises the price of monitor considerably compared to Free-sync™.
Thank god that now with new Nvidia drivers (and DP cable) some monitors are actually (unofficially) supported for G-sync even though that they support only Free-sync.
So i bought me a DELL S2719DGF for about 350€ and couldn't be happier.
Pretty much all of the above that Aeacus has listed are double the price of that Dell.

I can only highly recommend it, only downside is TN panel, other than that I'm very happy with it.

Since OP hasn't given us a budget, i take that OP has funds to buy any monitor that meets the given requirements. Hence why i didn't suggest cheaper monitors.

TN panel, despite it's cheaper price, has the worst color accuracy out of the three. For a cheaper monitor than what OP requests (IPS panel, G-Sync), i'd suggest VA panel, Freesync monitor since VA panel is best of both worlds: good color accuracy and performance (e.g response time). VA panels are actually the best monitors when it comes to the contrast. Even the best of TN and IPS panels doesn't come close to the worst VA panel contrast ratio.

I have MSI Optix MAG241CR in use (24", 1080p, VA panel, 1ms, 144Hz, 3000:1 contrast ratio) and i'm very pleased with mine. While it doesn't have G-Sync to match my Nvidia GPU, i can and i'm also using Nvidia Adaptive Vsync which does the job very well.

Also, MSI does have 27", 1440p (2K), 144Hz, VA panel monitors as well if OP would be interested in cheaper monitor,
