Hey, I'm looking for a build that will allow me to record at good bitrates, I have a budget of £1,500 (give or take) would gladly accept any suggested builds, Also is the i7 9700k better than the Ryzen 7 3800X or vice versa? Thanks in Advance!

9700k is better for gaming, but the 3800x is cheaper and can allow you to get a better GPU for better performance overall.
