Hello,
I'm currently listing all the components I want for my computer.
I still can't decide on a case.
I think either Corsair air 540 or Fractal Define R5.
Which is better? Or there another case which I dont know about.

If dust and being clean dosent bother you i recommend the thermaltake core p5 or p9. They are all adapted for high end pcs like you building there.
If it dosent suits you... i would say corsair air 540 seems like a solid choise...

The 570x seems to have lots of design flaws. Hardware Canucks' video highlighted most of them pretty well. If you're looking at the cases with the tempered glass and everything, then the InWin 303 and NZXT S340 Elite would be my picks.

Or we can say "SCREW IT ALL!" and point you towards Caselabs cases.

Tempered glass is cool but cosmetics is secondary, I want the best performance a case has to offer.
Air 540 is cool looking and good, how is the S340 elite? better?

Best performance a case has to offer... What do you mean by performance? Ability to fit water cooling components? Air cooling? Hard drive cooling? Silence?

I only commented based on you asking about the 570x. It's expensive, and kinda bad for how much it costs. The most similar options would be the InWin 303, Riotoro Prism, Anidees Crystal AI, and the NZXT S340 Elite. Most of the other tempered glass offerings haven't been nearly as good. Well, even the Riotoro and the InWin have problems. Serious problems.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the cases mentioned so far. It's probably more important to decide how you're going to populate the fan slots, and how you balance and tune the fan speeds more than the case design. Especially with cases like the air 540 or the S340 or the P400 or the 400C/600C that are compartmentalized, airflow is pretty much a non-issue as long as you use all the fan slots and tune the fan speeds appropriately. Thermalfake and Zalman though, I'd be cautious with their stuff.

I'd be more worried about which fans to choose when it comes to performance. For cases, I look for aesthetics and layout.

I'm sorry, I need to be more informative.
I plan to use air cooling, I want case that will ensure my pc long life spun and will not require lots of maintenance(like opening up every week and cleaning dust).
I think the Air 540 is really cool looking and reviews are good, but I want to consider more options since they all pretty much cost the same.
So far I've minimized my options to S340 Elite, Air 540 and Fractal R5.
I think I like Air 540 the most, although people told me that cube cases has lots of flaws?(If you can give me some information about what flaws, I'd appreciate it).
The S340 isn't available in my country so It might me a little hard to get, and I want to consider if it worth it.
Thank you !

full tower is too much for me

i can see that, i dont have much experience with other cases but i can see what i can do to help :3

If you're afraid of doing lots of cleaning/dusting, the Air series of cases from Corsair in general will be your worst nightmare. The entire case is a wide open box and no filters in sight, even for the power supply. It's a dust magnet so bad, I couldn't stand it and returned it. My S340 takes about 6-8 months to gather as much dust as my Air 540 gathered in about... 2 weeks? Yeah. Obligatory YMMV here.

The Air 7XX is the E-ATX (a.k.a. ridiculously oversized) version of the Air 5XX, which fits at most a full ATX motherboard. Both are rather large/wide, I would put them well into the full tower category.

Have you taken a look at the Corsair Obsidian line up or Phantek's line up?

I did take a look at the Obsidian series but could decide which one should I look at, the 550D looks like aggod choice.
I did not thought phantek as option, is it good?
Edit:
I read reviews and seen few videos about Phanteks evolv ATX but no one sells it here and it's way overpriced to buy it abroad.
