Between those two, I'd get the SundPEATS but that's only because the former pair of earbuds is listed on Aliexpress, which often times are hit or miss and they're listed as cheaper than the SoundPEATS. For the world of sound, you actually do get what you pay for, you just need to look for what you're going to pay for. You sure you're not open to any other suggestions for a wireless pair of earphones? Budget for said pair suggestions?

My budget rn is around $30 I'm open to any suggestions that have good sound, comfort and mic quality

If you can only spend $30, don't buy a full wireless set, there is nothing good that will sound good or not break in a month.

"MAYBE" the Anker sets at $40 https://www.amazon.com/Soundcore-Wi...t=&hvlocphy=9001809&hvtargid=pla-855657984124

The KZ ZSN Pro may be good for a wired set, they come with a microphone option for calls https://www.amazon.com/ZSN-Pro-Deta...la-760239088269&ref=&adgrpid=68750231003&th=1

If you can possible spend a bit more, the KZ ZS10 Pro are just a bit over $40 and are my favorite IEMs for that price by far https://www.amazon.com/KZ-ZS10-Lins...B07QKT3BKR/ref=psdc_172541_t2_B08F47HCLY?th=1
Out of the IEMs I own, the only ones I like better is a $300 set of Audeze planar ones.
