Looking for the impossible 350$ rig...

Ok im poor and i want to biuld this computer (My first) if you look you will see a bunch of my posts alll around: forget them lol. Here is what i have now:

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 940 3.0 GHz (165 on Newegg, and yes I know there are way better chips... I don’t have the money...)

Case: APEX TX-381-C (25 on Newegg)

RAM: ?? Not sure what ever is the cheapest hehe (at least two gigs on one chip)

Video Card: Geforce 9600 GT (Hoping to get it for Christmas)

Optical Drives: Still not sure...

PSU: Not sure what model but i will go with a 600w version for X-mas

Mobo (Motherboard): MSI 785GTM-E45 (60 on Newegg)

Hard Drives: ?? lol

So what are some good parts for the stuff im missing? hehe got 300 in the budget right now...

How much speed difference in gaming and normal computing would i see between the X4 and X3?

And how much speed difference is there on the AMD Athlon II and the AMD Phenom II?
