Approximate Purchase Date: within the next 7 days
Budget Range: $2500-$2800
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, editing, and livestreaming. Idk what order to put in because they are all important. Either editing or gaming is most important
Are you buying a monitor: Yes, but that can wait a week or two after the PC build because I have an older monitor.
How is this monitor? https://www.amazon.com/Alienware-25...&keywords=240hz+monitor&qid=1587658027&sr=8-3
Parts to Upgrade: Building a pc from scratch. I already have a mouse and headset, but need a keyboard.
Do you need to buy OS: No
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, BNH, Newegg, Best Buy. Not necessarily in that order, but yea.
Location: Florida, USA. I would like everything to be ordered online and delivered.
Parts Preferences: I would prefer a 2080 ti from EVGA, unless there is a company with better warranty/customer support. I would like a 3900x or 3950x unless you feel another CPU is better. At least 32 GB of ram, at least 1tb of storage
Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: I don't understand this
Your Monitor Resolution: The one I am getting as my main monitor will be 1920p or better and 200hz or better. My second monitor (the old one) is 1080p.
Additional Comments: I would like RGB and to be able to see inside the rig to enjoy the RGB and aesthetic. If it can be quiet, that'd be nice, but I am not too strict on that. I will be using the Adobe suite, OBS, other editing and live streaming softwares, Overwatch, Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, Destiny 2, Hitman 2, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, etc. I play a wide variety of games, some well optimized, some poorly optimized.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I don't have a pc, let alone a gaming pc. I have been a mac user for several years, and while I love Apple and love playing on the xbox one, I have dreamt of having a really high end gaming pc for years, especially after playing on my college's e-sports computers during the school year. I have the financial means to do so, and now that I have a job as an editor and want to pursue livestreaming and video making more, it makes sense for me to invest 2.5k+ dollars into a gaming/editing/streaming pc.
Include a list of any parts you have already selected with descriptively labeled links for parts.
I don't have specific links, but it'd be nice to get a 2080ti and either a 3950x or 3900x cpu, unless you feel another cpu would be better.
I have heard that this RAM is decent and it seems decent. If it isn't, let me know.

Don't include a monitor in the budget because I will get that 1-2 weeks after I buy the pc parts. I am considering this monitor. Thoughts? This is the monitor my college uses, so I am familiar with how it looks. If there is a nicer quality one that has the same hz, let me know.

I really appreciate any help I can get. I am super excited about building this pc, but really want to make sure that I get this right.
