Well, I started having problems with my desktop in 2022 in the month of December, the computer would turn on and off by itself, but it never happened while I was using it....I sent it for repair and after all the tests carried out on the components he told me it was the motherboard. I bought a better one, Asus Tuf gaming b560m, and it never gave me any more problems. Now it did the same thing again in the same month as last year, a lot of coincidence :/, I was watching YouTube shorts and then the screen goes black, no signal and restarts and then I noticed that the CPU led turns RED then goes green, DRAM LED turns yellow and then follow turned green and booted. Something is wrong, but for now I can use the desktop, but it's probably RAM, I hope it's not the motherboard again x/

It's probably the processor... my cooler isn't good... the CPU overheated several times during the summer when I was playing Call of The Hunter, it reached 100 degrees and I had to leave the game.

I even dismantled the cables, Ram and GPU and the desktop came back to life but then I started having another problem...as soon as I moved the mouse or clicked on the keyboard, the desktop turned off and restarted.

Being stupid, I decided to update the bios with this problem but at the moment I was able to enter the BIOS, I'm going to pray that I managed to update and it didn't get corrupted.

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Tuff B650-M Plus
Intel core 10400F
RAM : 8gb x 2 RAM
GPU: Geforce 1660 Super
PSU: 560W

PS: Desktop its dead, Now it doesn't "turn on", it always stays in a loop during the boot part, LED cpu Ram, VGA and boot, after a few seconds it turns off and does the same again.I'm going to send it to a store to solve the problem, anyway I'll upgrade to an i7, faster RAM, and a better cooler to activate cpu overclocking.

PSU make and model (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is, and was the PSU bought new or used/refurbished? the PSU it's from Azza PSAZ 550W, I bought new, I bought the desktop in 2019. A year ago I had my first problem, was a motheard fault, the guy tested the PSU with a voltmeter and said that's its fine. But you are right, I'm gonna send to the repair soon its useless to public this.

Issue is with this. Your PSU is low quality unit, borderline crap. This also explains why your 1st MoBo died and your current, 2nd MoBo is also dead. And if you don't replace the PSU, your 3rd MoBo will have the same fate.

Edit: Checked the PSU label of your PSU and your PSU isn't 550W PSU. It is instead 492W PSU since this is what +12V rail at 41A can do. So, your PSU is crap quality unit, with false marketing and who knows what junk is actually inside it.

Yeah...No.

To test if PSU works fine, you need to put it under load. And PSU test equipment costs a lot, in thousands. Simple multimeter can't tell nothing.

It's like you turn on the car's engine and when engine works fine at idle, you instantly assume the car runs fine, without ever increasing engine RPM or doing the test drive.

So, i suggest that you buy yourself a good quality PSU, like Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME series or Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi in 550-650W range.

For 2nd opinion about your Azza unit, look at PSU tier list,

Your PSU is in Tier D, while what i suggested (and am personally using) are all Tier A.

I play Apex Legends with 144 fps for hours, I've never had any problems, yes I'm going to buy another PSU, probably a gold tier 650W.

Never had any problems? Then what happened with your 1st MoBo? 🙄 Why replace it with Asus TUF gaming b560m MoBo?

Crap quality PSU is very capable of sending out of spec voltages to components, damaging them over time and eventually killing them.
Never had problems about the PSU*

Can you tell me why Apevia PSU costs ~$55 USD while Seasonic PSU costs almost 3x times more, at ~$140 USD?

I'd say better quality/performance, more Whats, more surge protection etc. Of the two options I'd go for the psu that costs 140 USD, but it's expensive.

I've already listed this PSU in the wishinglist

Seasonic G12 GC Series 750W 80 Plus Gold.

Yes, Seasonic unit is far better build quality than Apevia unit. Also, with Seasonic unit, you can be sure it has all the protections while protections in Apevia unit are questionable (if they are even there, that is). Wattage wise both are same, 650W units.

Of the two options I'd go for the psu that costs 140 USD, but it's expensive.
140 USD for a PSU is actually fair price at current date.

Though, if you want to see an expensive PSU, then you can look towards my Seasonic PRIME TX-650, which costed me €206.80 ($228 USD) back in 2016 (powering my Skylake build, full specs with pics in my sig). While at current date, closest you can get, is Seasonic PRIME TX-750 at a nice price of $314 USD, double of what Seasonic Focus unit costs i linked,

Seasonic G12 GC Series 750W 80 Plus Gold.
Far better than your Azza unit but not quite there either. It's Tier B, low priority unit.

$110 USD can get you good quality Tier A PSU: Seasonic Focus 550,

I started working a month ago, I'm waiting to receive my salary to buy everything, I'm from Portugal, the prices are a little different but I'll keep an eye out for promotions etc.
I will also add the SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 550 W 80+ Gold to my wish list.
Thanks for your help Aeacus!
