lop and pop up

since a few weeks i'm having these annoying pop ups
i must have installed this lop application without really knowing

is there a simple way of getting rid of these pop-ups?
anti-spyware of microsoft doesn't recognize it
ad-aware doesn't
and al the others scan my computer, and then wan't me to pay
for the removal

is there another way

If you have antispyware programs on your computer that want you to pay
for removal then you have rogue antispyware programs installed. See
