Let me get a new router and get back with you. In a fit of anger I smashed the router....made me feel better. In the mean time, here is the ipconf info. I wasn't 100% sure what you were looking for, I am an amateur here. Thanks so much for the reply!

its a simple ip conflict error
do the following please
